Every once in a while something just grabs you and won't let go. This puppy has done that to me. Since last Tuesday when I first noticed, this puppy has been tied to this window on this short leash. Sometimes they move the puppy close to the fence where he just sadly looks out - once again on a too short lease. He is friendly and yesterday when I made friends with him, he just shook out of appreciation for the attention.I just don't get it. This is SO cruel. If they like the animal, then why treat it this way? This couple has a small boy and the lesson they are teaching him is horrible.
In my opinion, the owners should be tied up and left outside for at least 3 days to suffer like this.
Last night it rained and the puppy was left outside. Obviously there is room for the puppy to play securely in the ENCLOSED patio area.
STUPID, INSENSEITIVE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE people!!! I am ashamed for them!!
We talked to the owner who smiled and lied - typical. Called the police who smiled and lied - typical. There is not an organization to help animals like this.....
Any suggestions?
